10:00 – 11:00: From Immigrant Housemaid to Harvard PhD: Korean non-fiction author Ms. Jin Robertson

Korean Webtoon is not only a cartoon that you can simply look on the web, but also it provides absolutely different and new style of cartoon to you. The development of cartoon by the various multibedia and the technology convergency, it will make you to see a new world that you have ever seen before.

13:00 – 14:00: Korea Picture Books 51
Event Hall Korea Pavilion (EC2 U405)

Korea Picture Books 51 Introduces Korean illustrators and picture books, those are on the way to the world stage, including Run Toto! The Grand Prix winner of 2012 BIB, A House of the Mind: MAUM the winner of 2010 Bologna Ragazzi Award, etc. Twenty-five years after the first picture book came into Korea: Korean illustration has now come of age.

14:00 – 14:30: Korean Tea Time: Children’s Books

A unique chance to meet Korea’s most creative children’s book publishers and to sample some delicious Korean teas.
