Ahn Sang Soo is a well-known designer and educator based in Seoul. He has published widely on design related subjects and is a leading designer of Korean alphabet typefaces.

This talk can only scratch the surface of the wholesale reinvention of a film culture but it aims to show how and why Korean cinema has achieved so much in just ten years. It will also try to celebrate the full range and depth of Korea’s new cinema. Tony Rayns is a London-based filmmaker, critic and curator with a special interest in East Asia films.
