Learning Korean in London

SOAS logoI had a query recently from a visitor to this site as to where she could take beginners classes in Korean. The only place I know of is SOAS, and no-one else could think of any other places.

By coincidence, I got an email from Cho Jaehee, the co-ordinator of Korean courses at SOAS, asking if I could give the classes a bit of publicity.

Happy to oblige. I’ve started a new page on Learning Korean [update July 2017 – the page has now been decommissioned]. Not something I’ve tried to do myself. Yet.

  1. Hi Phil congrats on the site ill post more regularly from now on. Hopefully see you at the festival.

In regards to the blog topic I didnt know the KACC had Korean lessons. I however have at soas for the last 18 months and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The korean resources are superb as is the film library.

If anyone has any info regarding the KACC then id love to find out more. I can detail about soas should anyone require it.

    Thanks

  2. Hi Justin! It’s been a couple of years since I studied at KACC so I don’t have any really useful information I’m afraid. The lessons were quite good though, I felt the teachers were getting a bit more support at KACC than those at SOAS.
