  1. Your photo of No. 2 Section of 1 Comwel Div Pro Coy bring back fond memories of my tour as a member of the Canadian Provost Corps ( C. Pro. C. ) who also served in the same Pro Coy. A Canadian Provost Major (Lawson and then A.R. (Andy) Ritchie and an RMP RSM by the name of Saxby (sp?) whereas, your lads, upon returning from the canteen tent, would sing out ” My name is Mr. Saxby, I am the RSM – The L/Cpl’s like me as I’m so kind to them. As of Sept ’09, I have joined the RMPA – North America Branch of Calgary Alberta Canada, (notwithstanding I hang my beret in Peachland, British Columbia ) and I will have the honour and pleasure of attending their 9th Annual Reunion as be held in Toronto, Ontario, on Sept 29/10. We would be delighted to correspond by E-mail with any and all colleaques from 1 Comwel Div Pro Coy who I had the honour of being associated with, including our Commonwealth cousins in Australia & New Zealand. Best regards to you and yours from Bob Long at 3:40 PM PDST May 8/10
