The Korean cooking demonstration will be held by Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Korea Agro-fisheries Trade Corporation, and Korean Food Foundation at Harrods from 19 to 23 September 2011 in order to introduce taste of Korean food.

The Korean cooking demonstration is a part of Premium Korea which is a showcase of Korean cuisine, luxury Korean consumer goods and tourism destinations. It will be a good opportunity to experience authentic Korean foods such as Bulgogi (Korean BBQ), Galbi (Korean Marinated and Grilled Beef Ribs), Domi-jjim (Grilled sea bream with vegetables), and Pajeon (spring onion pancakes). It is particularly expected that a professional Korean chef introduces how to cook the Korean foods and gives interesting story in relation to the foods.

  1. It’s great to see more Korean cultural events taking place in locations where the British public can encounter them – just wish this one was on a weekend, so I could visit…

Thanks for the head-up anyway; please keep the news coming!
