Before a recent ruling by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, the Asiana dress code detailed, among other things, “the size and substance of earrings, length of skirts, color of hair and type of eye makeup the female [cabin crew] can wear. Their dress code is more than 10 pages long, while their male counterparts have only two pages to abide by.” It also required hostesses to war skirts rather than trousers. After the ruling Asiana will be amending their dress code. Source: JoongAng Daily
