Up to a dozen disabled children and teenagers from North Korea will tour venues in the South East and Paris later this month. The programme of music and dance will include numbers from Phantom of the Opera on the accordion and the gayageum and scenes from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. A version of Arirang, recently listed at UNESCO, can also be expected. This is thought to be the first time that disabled students from North Korea have performed abroad.

Pyongyang Exchange Delegation of People with Disabilities will be coming to UK and France from 19 Feb to 3 March to share with you their life, talents, feelings and hopes for the future.
During their stay in UK and France, there will be DPRK Youth Para-Ensemble Concerts in several places including London and Paris.
Mr. Seok-Hee Lee, who works at DULA International, is sponsoring the trip and concert in UK. It will be rare opportunity to meet DPRK’s people with disabilities.
