DPRK Youth Para-Ensemble concerts in London, Oxford and Cambridge

Up to a dozen disabled children and teenagers from North Korea will tour venues in the South East and Paris later this month. The programme of music and dance will include numbers from Phantom of the Opera on the accordion and the gayageum and scenes from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. A version of Arirang, recently listed at UNESCO, can also be expected. This is thought to be the first time that disabled students from North Korea have performed abroad.

You can book for the Cambridge and London appearances by searching for “DULA” on www.eventbrite.co.uk; or register your interest via [email protected]
