On 20th February 2014, the North Korean Young Artists Para-Ensemble, composed of 15 disabled youths from North Korea, is visiting the University of Oxford as part of a Europe tour which includes the United Kingdom, France and Belgium.
Along with them are visiting two senior officials of the KFPD, Korea Federation for the Protection of the Disabled (North Korea), to seek advice and share information about disability policy in North Korea. For this purpose, we have organized a talk where academics and students can share ideas with two North Korean Party Officials — Secretary-general Mrs. Lee Boon-hee and Vice-Chairman Kim Mun-Chul.
*It is a truly rare opportunity to have direct contact with government officials from North Korea; please come and take part in paving the future for North Korea’s disabled people*.
