Since 2012 the ‘K-Pop Academy’ has given K-Pop fans a firm grounding in the development of the K-Pop phenomenon as well as an understanding of Korea’s history, culture, language, food, and many more interesting topics.

This 10-week course provides opportunities for a hands-on approach where students will participate in various activities, exploring both traditional and contemporary Korean Culture and Art with special guest speakers. Upon the completion of the course K-Pop fans will have developed a deep understanding of the dynamic relationship between K-Pop music and Korean cultural determinants. The best student will be given a surprise gift at the graduation ceremony in the final week.
