NOBUDAM Week: Home

The NOBUDAM group, founded in 2018 by Garim Kim and Yae Jin Hong, announce their fourth event. The group, whose name comes from the words “no” and “budam”, which means “pressure” in Korean, is a platform that provides students an opportunity to reveal their artistic potential.

NOBUDAM Home posterDuring these unsettling times with the intrusion of the pandemic, our outdoor life came to an end and people have been stuck at home for ages. No longer able to frequently travel outdoors like we used to, home has now become an area of space that is constantly transforming from a work office to a place of relaxation.

With the boundaries between our work life and our non-work life becoming completely blurred, our homes have now become a hybrid place of confusion. With NOBUDAM’s events this winter, we wish that every one of you had a chance to take a break from all the confusions that have been arising and relax with us pondering upon the idea of “HOME.”
