Note that this post on the KORSA website implies that you need to pre-register to participate in the kimchi-making competition, and could also be interpreted as suggesting that you need to pre-register to attend the event in general. I’ve tried to get clarity from KORSA as to what they mean, but without success. I guess it doesn’t harm to register anyway: best to be on the safe side.
