CANCELLED Lucente “Lights On” Tour at 229 the Venue

Another K-pop concert bites the dust – at least the second this year. Here’s what the organisers had to say.

Dear Lu.b,
We are extremely sorry to tell you that LUCENTE European Tour is officially cancelled.
This tour was our call since the beginning and we were thrilled to see your passion.
We did try, in any possible way, to find a solution to keep this tour alive but, at this point, is not possible anymore.
We’ve been promised 2 comebacks and, 1 month before the tour beginning, not even one happened.
Despite all the difficulties that came with this situation, we were willing to carry on the tour: we tried to keep going and we suggested different options and compromises that the management refused, preferring to postpone the tour to a date to be decided in 2020.
We don’t know if the tour will take place in 2020, but if it will happen it won’t be managed by our company after this first experience, as much as we are sad to not have the chance to work with this promising band.
We are in contact with all the venues to understand how to manage the refund process and we will let you know as soon as we can. For what concerns the upgrades purchased on our website, we will give you all the info about the procedure to follow.
We wish LUCENTE the best luck for the future and we will keep doing our best to always bring in Europe interesting bands.
