project hu and HOXTON 253 are proud to present Ghost Relics, a collaborative exhibition following a month-long mentored artist residency.

Throughout the programme, London based artists Joonhong Min and Karoly Tendl had the opportunity to freely utilise the gallery space and create works for the end of residency exhibition, while Nora Teplan has collaborated remotely from Budapest, Hungary.

Ghost Relics is a culmination of conversations and cultural exchange between the artists, organisers, mentors and other creative professionals.

The exhibition ties the artists’ practices into a dislocated narrative dealing with urban life, superstition, memory and crisis, both personal and global.

We cannot wait to welcome you all back with our first exhibition since the lockdown! It’s been dreadful, now come cheer with us over some lovely Hungarian wine! Bear in mind the Covid updates below.

The residency programme is kindly supported by the Hungarian Cultural Centre London.
