I do wish Cult of Ya would save us the trouble of googling who all their artists are by including some basic biographical and musical information in their concert notices. On the plus side though, they do provide some helpful YouTube clips so that the uninitiated know what to expect.
Ash Island, Leellamarz + Way Ched play the Oval Space
According to Wikipedia, Ash Island is a South Korean rapper. He was a contestant on season 2 of Mnet’s High School Rapper, where he finished in 4th place. He joined The Quiett’s sub-label, Ambition Musik in November 2018. He released his debut album, Ash, on March 22, 2019. The same source tells us that Leellamarz was a contestant on Show Me the Money 5. He released his debut album Y on July 7, 2017. In June 2019 he also joined Ash Island at Ambition Musik. Way Ched is a producer at the same label.
