- Say Sue Me are at 100 Club supporting Japanese group Otoboke Beaver on 1 May
- Kyung-wha Chung plays unaccompanied Bach at the Barbican on 10 May
- The Barberettes return to London, with Sultan of The Disco, on 23 May
- The DPRK Youth Para-Ensemble is performing in Oxford, Cardiff, Cambridge and London, 26-30 May
- The KCC’s House Concert this month is on 30 May with baritone Sung Kyu Choi
- Youn Sun Nah is at Ronnie Scotts to launch her new album on 31 May
Film
- The KCC’s new season of screenings entitled On Foreign Ground continues with Bandhobi (Shin Dong-il) on 4 May and Scenery (Zhang Lu) on 11 May.
- He’s on Duty (Yook Sanh-Hyo) gets a screening at SOAS on 12 May.
- The next LKFF teaser screening is Queen of Walking (Baek Seung-hwa), on 22 May.
