The Intercontinental in Park Lane has shipped over Executive Chef Bae from its sister hotel in Seoul for a week of showcasing Korean food in its Cookbook Cafe:

22nd – 30th November 2013While many Londoners are discovering the delights of Kimchee and BBQ, Executive Chef Bae of Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, has been creating a modern interpretation of classic Korean cuisine.
Chef Bae will be accompanied by key members of his Seoul-based kitchen and present tastings from his exception al menu at the Korean hotel.
Weekday lunch (soup and buffet) for £18 and set menu Dinner on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (family-style dishes, including a welcome Soju cocktail) for £35. Saturday Dinner will showcase a Korean buffet for £35. A sample lunch menu is as follows:
