This UK premiere performance celebrates the exciting partnership between two institutions offering the highest level of dance training: Trinity Laban and the Korea National University of the Arts (K-Arts).

The internationally renowned K-Arts Dance Company (the equivalent of Trinity Laban’s Transitions Dance Company) has thrilled audiences around the world in prestigious venues such as the Kennedy Center (Washington DC) and in Paris, Tokyo, Beijing, and Stockholm. Now we’re delighted to be able to welcome them to Laban Theatre for their first ever UK performance, and an enchanting Triple Bill that offers a unique melding of modern contemporary dance and Korean culture.

The intent and the beauty in the gesture of bowing in Eastern Culture is explored in Bow. In Reflection, the moments of connection we experience in life are reflected in illusions of the body. The elegant No Comment looks at the way silence can speak volumes, with use of minimalism, skill and strength in the Korean tradition.
