In these times of unprecedented global health crisis, art can be a source of relief and precious help to go through such a hard time. This is true even more so when over a hundred artists and art professionals from all over the world come together to join forces and help those in need.

Among the Korean artists who are participating, six UK-based Korean artists — Anna Jung Seo, KCCUK’s Rendered Reality artists Joonhong Min and Shinuk Suh, Boreum Oh, Sin Park and Sunyoung Hwang — joined Choose Art | Give Light to Refugees, an online exhibition come silent art auction showcasing works by 140 artists aimed at raising funds for refugees affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. All revenue from the sales will be donated to the charity Help Refugees.

The charity online auction lasts for three weeks in the current month of June, from 8 to 29 June 2020. UK-based art professional Sohyun Kim joined the international curatorial team that worked alongside founder Nicky Ginsberg, gallerist and Director of NG Art Creative Residency (France).
