Three years after his short film Reparation screened at the Kingston International Film Festival, Jason Verney’s debut feature film will be at this year’s festival.

Having been on the ‘frontline’ as an activist for the Sewol Ferry cause since that tragedy in 2014 and having visited Korea on many occasions over the last decade, film director Jason Verney brings a heartfelt tribute to those many who are still keenly interested, including of course survivors, families of victims, fellow activists and friends of those lost to the sea.

70 minute documentary is the final film in a composite screening of six films that starts in the Rose Studio at 10:15am. The first five films in the set are all shorts. Congratulations to Jason on this debut screening.
