  • Kwon Daehun’s work will be in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition starting 7 June
  • Embracing the Void commences at Hada Contemporary / Albemarle Gallery on 3 June

  • Shin Kyung-sook’s Please Look After Mother will be serialised on Radio 4’s Book at Bedtime, 2-10 June
  • David McCann will be giving a talk on Korean Sijo at the KCC on 7 June Cancelled
  • Andrew Killick launches In Search of Korean Traditional Opera: Discourses of Ch’angguk at the Centre for Creative Collaboration on 10 June
  • Andrew Salmon will be introducing his latest book on the Korean War, Scorched Earth, Black Snow, on 21 June

Film

  • Breathless will be screening at the Kingston Odeon on 2 June, + Q&A with actress Kim Kkobbi
  • Twentidentity, a short film omnibus, will be the KCC’s screenings this month on 9 and 23 June
