How do bodies, borders, queer, and Korean identity intersect? What is the state of Korean studies for queer diaspora, trans, and dissident identities?

Join us at SOAS for this special Queer Asia and SOAS North Korea Society event Friday, Dec 1st in S113 of the Senate House (Paul Webley Wing) building.

Joining us will be:

  1. Tufts University’s Shyun Ahn, also winner of this year’s Queer Asia & ZED Books blog essay competition;
  2. the exciting queer YouTuber Hayden Royalty, and
  3. postcolonial studies and ornithologist enthusiast Kahn J. Ryu (via video presentation)
