Korea Future Initiative launches new report in Houses of Parliament

As a follow-up to last year’s report on sexual violence against women in North Korea, Korea Future Initiative are now launching a report on the situation of North Korean women in China. The launch event, hosted by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on North Korea, also includes witness testimonies.

Join the Korea Future Initiative and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on North Korea on May 20th at 5pm in Committee Room 16 for the launch of Korea Future Initiative’s new report, ‘Sex Slaves: The Prostitution, Cybersex & Forced Marriage of North Korean Women & Girls in China’.

The report uncovers new and disturbing patterns of sexual violence perpetrated against trafficked North Korean women and girls in mainland China.

Attendance is free and open to the public. To register, please RSVP to [email protected].

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the event to clear security and make your way to the Committee Room. The Houses of Parliament can be accessed via the Cromwell Green visitor entrance.
