K-cuisine: hwangtaebap

Are you aged 16+ and interested in all things Korean? With K-Pop speading across the world, and the global phenomenons BTS and BLACKPINK selling out concerts in London, WestKing are launching a K-Cuisine workshop teaching you how to make some Korean dishes. This is perfect for all levels and abilities – whether you’re a novice or more experienced chef, giving you the opportunity to try something new and experience new flavour combinations!

K-Cuisine builds on the success of the recent hospitality programme delivered to a Korean college and will be run by our experienced Chef lecturers, where you will have the opportunity to make a selection of Korean dishes.

The hands-on half-day workshop will be hosted in our renowned training kitchens, the same kitchens where former students TV chefs Jamie Oliver and Ainsley Harriott learnt the trade.

The workshop will run on Saturday 19 October from 10am to 1pm, at the college’s Victoria Centre in central London. There is a fee of £50 which includes the specialised teaching from our Chef Lecturer, all ingredients for the various dishes on the menu and Certificate of Completion issued by Westminster Kingsway College – places are limited, so book now!
