We had a lovely time at be-oom tea room in Exmouth Market earlier this week. Sooji was good enough to tell us about the upcoming event at their tea room next weekend. Looks like a unique opportunity to explore some interesting flavours.
CHAGOK CHAGOK: Korean Tapas, Tea and Natural Wine
BOMBOM, host of Korean supper club, is presenting a four-course vegetarian tapas menu served with a tea pairing menu, curated by be-oom, one and only Korean teahouse in London.
The menu is inspired by simple vegetarian dishes served in Buddhist temples in Korea, often paired with tea harvested around the temples.
The dishes will feature organic produce as well as Korean-sourced ingredients, such as Icheon rice and seaweed snacks.
All teas in the pairing menu are sourced directly from small, family-run tea farms in Korea.
The ticket includes food and tea. Service charge not included. Natural wine pairing is optional.
