The closing event of Think Korea 2006 takes place on Wednesday 13th at the Fairfield Hall. Full details of the event are on the Think Korea website here. The event there earlier on this year was very well attended, so make sure you book. There are a few complimentary tickets for LKL readers who are quick off the mark. Contact Matthew Jackson (mecjackson at gmail dot com) if you’re interested in coming.
It’s been a great year for Korean culture in the UK, and thanks are due to Think Korea for this. Before the year is out, I’ll be writing a personal perspective about what’s been good and what could have been better. Do let me know what YOU think about this year’s events. What have been the highlights and lowlights? Has it made new converts to Korean culture, or has it been a wonderful treat just for those who are already converted? Don’t hold back, let me know your views. Leave a comment below, or email me using the contact form. All feedback will be passed on to the organisers to make 2007 even better. And if you want your feedback to remain anonymous, your privacy will be respected (obviously, though, you’ll have to use the contact form rather than leave a comment – and let me know in your comment that you’d rather not be quoted by name).
