Can’t believe the Lunar New Year is sneaking up on us so quickly. This year the New Year holiday in Korea is Monday – Wednesday 8-10 February, coinciding nicely with the start of Lent. The British Korean Society will be celebrating New Year on 9 Feb with a Baduk evening:

The British Go Association will give an audio-visual presentation on Go (Baduk), introduction (what Go is), its history and role in the Far East and Europe together with showing you how to play it.
We will then split into small groups where participants will have an opportunity to try Baduk for themselves.
This is an ideal and unique opportunity to meet members and guests.
