Scherzo No. 3 in C sharp minor Op. 39
Scherzo No. 4 in E Op. 54The young South Korean pianist, who has recently recorded the four Scherzi, won the International Chopin Piano Competition in 2015 and now enjoys a flourishing recital and concert career. He displayed an impressive variety of tonal colour and a remarkable technique, dispatched with jaw-dropping panache’.

He’s playing the same programme in Korea in the coming weeks. Sold out Suwon in no time – too fast for me.
Yup – he generates a lot of enthusiasm from his followers. Would like to hear him play the Janacek, but I can’t make it that day (and probably as I write this the last two tickets have gone!)
If anyone can’t make it & is considering selling his/her ticket please contact me! Thanks in advance!
