Korean Food Month poster

The Korean Cuisine Month is back this spring in partnership with Capital City College (formerly Westminster Kingsway College) comprising workshops and a week where the Brasseries will be serving Korean food.

The workshops will be held in 4 sessions, on Saturdays from 26 April to 31 May, from 10am to 1:30pm, at the Capital City College, Westminster Centre (formerly Westminster Kingsway College – Victoria Centre) in London. The fee for each session is £60, and £100 for two sessions. The workshop will be taught by the college’s Chef lecturer. Places are limited so don’t forget to book your spot.

At the ‘K-Drama Street Food’ sessions (26 April & 31 May), you will get to try making the famous Korean fried chicken, Tteokbokki and Korean corn dog.

For the Kimchi session (10 May), experience Kimjang (김장, making Kimchi for the winter), and try Dubu kimchi (두부김치, bean curd with stir-fried Kimchi).

At the Vegan Session (17 May), you will be focusing on food sustainability with Korean recipes. Try making Japchae (잡채), Vegetable Bibimbap, Vegetable Bibim Mandu (야채 비빔 만두).

From 12 May to 16 May, The Vincent Rooms Brasserie will offer Korean Cuisine Menu. All the menus served at the restaurant will be prepared by their aspiring culinary students. Book your place now to taste some of these delicious Korean cuisine.
