We are delighted to invite you to Jieun Kim’s second solo illustration exhibition at MOKSPACE.

In this exhibition, ‘Talk to me, Darling’, Kim discovers the root of her inspiration for her work. She has found that she is very much influenced by her own personal experiences and recreates scenes from her daily life. She tries to capture these moments and convert them in her own visual language. This is the start of her work process and the beginning of her creative stories that takes the audience on a wonderful imaginary journey. Kim’s work is full of bold colours, positive energy and honest stories. Her aim is for her work to be able to speak for itself and communicate with the audience.

The exhibited materials include original paintings, limited edition prints and a video installation. There are also a variety of canvas bags and other portable items, including postcards, mirrors and badges. Visitors can integrate Jieun Kim’s tender, heart-warming designs into their everyday personal style.
