The feature on Judy Joo in last weekend’s Telegraph is now online here. Fiona Sims’s article also mentions Kimchi Cult, Busan BBQ and Galbi Bros (“Some of the UK’s most coveted gourmet street food vendors”). But the best news is right up front: she’s opening a restaurant, Jinjuu, at 16 Kingly Street, in November. Certainly we could do with the Korean restaurant scene in Central London being livened up a bit.
