Capital City College has teamed up with Korean Cultural Centre UK to bring you this special K-Cuisine Cook & Dine Experience. Attend a culinary workshop run by experienced Chef lecturers where you will have the opportunity to make a selection of tasty Korean dishes and then join fellow participants in the award winning Vincent Rooms restaurant to tuck in to your culinary delights.
The hands-on two hour workshop will be hosted in Capital City College’s world-renowned training kitchens in Victoria – the same kitchens where former students TV chefs Jamie Oliver and Ainsley Harriott learned their trade. You will prepare Korean fried chicken, Tteokbokki, and a secret Korean seasonal celebration dish!
An hour long dining experience will follow in the Vincent Rooms restaurant where you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a selection of beverages to accompany your meal.
The experience is a great evening spent trying your hand at something new whether you are a novice or a more experienced chef, and getting to taste the fruits of your labour afterwards. A perfect activity to join with friends!
