The KCC continues its annual collaboration with Westminster Kingsway College with four Saturday morning cookery workshops and four days of Korea-themed menus at their in-house Brasserie at the Vincent Rooms.

The workshop will be held held in 4 sessions, on Saturdays from 27 April to 18 May, from 10 am to 1:30 pm, at the Westminster Kingsway College’s Victoria Centre in London. The fee for each session is £60, and £100 for two sessions. The workshop will be taught by the college’s Chef Lecturer, and places are limited so don’t forget to book your spot!

At the ‘Korean Street Food’ sessions (27 April & 18 May) you will have the chance make Korean corn dog, tteokbokki and Korean fried chicken.

For the Kimchi session (5 May), you will get to try Kimjang (김장, making kimchi for the winter), and Kimchijeon (김치전, Kimchi Pancake).

For the Vegan session (11 May), you will be focusing on food sustainability with Korean dishes. Gamjajeon (감자전, Potato Pancake), Mini Kimbap, and Yeongyang Bap (One Pot Vegetable Rice Bowl).

From 7 May to 10 May, The Vincent Rooms Brasserie will offer Korean Cuisine menu. All the menu served at the restaurant will be prepared by their aspiring culinary students. Book your place now to taste some of these delicious Korean foods.
